abstract |
A composition having a parent fragrance and microcapsules encapsulating another fragrance, and uses thereof, are described. The composition may be an anhydrous antiperspirant composition and may include a parent fragrance that is dispersed throughout the composition and a friction-triggered fragrance delivery technology including a plurality of microcapsules. The microcapsules may include a core material and a shell encapsulating the core material, wherein the core material includes a first non-parent fragrance and the shell includes a synthetic polymeric material including a polyacrylate material. The composition may further include a moisture-triggered fragrance delivery technology including a second non-parent fragrance, wherein the second non-parent fragrance is encapsulated in cyclodextrin particles. |
