abstract |
The invention relates to a tool assembly (1) for manufacturing a composite material part (28) comprising at least one convex surface, comprising at least one mold (3) defining at least in part the lines of said surface convex and shaped to support in a working position at least one draping and polymerization operation of said piece. The tool assembly is remarkable in that the mold has at least one flexible portion (4, 33) alternately between said first working position and a second so-called withdrawal position in which the mold is in the retracted position relative to its working position. The invention also relates to the method of manufacturing a composite material part implementing the tooling assembly according to the invention. |
