1. The present invention relates to a 2 ', 2'-difluoro-2'-deoxycytidine derivative of general formula (I): in which: R1, R2 and R3, which may be identical or different, represent, independently of one another, other, a hydrogen atom or an at least C18 hydrocarbon acyl radical and of a conformation such that it is capable of conferring on said compound of general formula (I) a compacted form in a polar solvent medium, at least one groups R1, R2 and R3 being different from a hydrogen atom. The present invention also comprises a use of squalene acid or a derivative thereof to formulate at least one active ingredient of polar nature and molecular weight greater than 100 Da in the state of nanoparticles. |
