abstract |
Disclosed is a powder material impregnation method in which a first step of preparing a slurry of a prescribed material powder (K) dispersed in a liquid and a second step of immersing a molded fabric body (X), which is formed from a bundle of fibers, in the slurry and vibrating using a prescribed vibrator (M) are carried out when the molded fabric body (X) is impregnated with the powder (K). In addition, the vibrator (M) in the second step is moved along the surface of the molded fabric body (X). As a result, the impregnation rate for the powder (K) can be improved over the conventional regardless of the shape of the molded fabric body (X). |
