The present invention targets a pharmaceutical composition for parenteral administration comprising submicron docosahexaenoic acid ester particles dispersed in an aqueous phase using a mixture of at least two selected surfactants. among a) at least one polyoxyethylenated fatty acid ester and b) at least one phospholipid derivative. The present invention also targets the process for preparing said pharmaceutical composition. |
