The invention also provides synthetic methods for preparation of 4-[(3--ethynylphenyl)amino]-6,7-benzo-12-crown-quinazoline hydrochloride, its new crystalline forms, and the relevant synthetic intermediates for synthesis of 4--[(3-ethynylphenyl)amino]-6,7-benzo-12-crown-quinazoline hydrochloride.
