Variable domains of camelid heavy-chain antibodies directed against glial fibrillary acidic proteins |
abstract |
The present invention relates to the use of variable domains of camelid heavy-chain antibodies (VHH domains) di-rected against an intracellular target and having an isoelectric point of at least 8.5, for targeting said intracellular target or for the preparation of a peptide vector. Particularly, it concerns VHH domains directed against a glial fibrillary acidic protein and uses thereof for preparing therapeutic or diagnostic agents. |
