Some of these markers can also be used for predicting an increased risk of developing an early-onset form of Alzheimer's disease. The invention also pertains to a method for in vitro predicting an increased risk, for an individual, of developing Alzheimer's disease, by SNP genotyping. Kits for performing the method are also part of the invention.
