Antibody capable of specifically binding to a beta oligomer, and use thereof |
abstract |
A monoclonal antibody can be produced successfully, which cannot recognize a soluble A/3 monomer (a physio-logical molecule) but can recognize only a soluble A/3 oligomer specifically. It is found that the antibody is useful as a diagnos-tic/therapeutic monoclonal antibody for Alzheimer's disease. |
