The present invention relates to methods for classifying a sample as from a BRCA1-related tumour or from a spo-radic tumour based on copy number analysis of a numbers of genomic locations. The invention further provides sets of nucleic acid probes, arrays and kits comprising these sets and arrays, for use in the diagnostic and/or prognostic methods of the invention for tumour classification. |
