titleOfInvention Method for adjusting the calibration of diagnosis tests
abstract The invention relates to a method of adjusting either the measured signal or the the activity calculated by the instrument, a pre-established calibration curve (precalibration curve) for a test diagnosis in medical biology, carried out on a instrument with precalibrated reagents, comprising the following steps: (i) establish a standard signal or activity value for a single or two calibrating calibrator (s) with a concentration or a predetermined activity in a compound tested, and measure for this or these adjuster (s) the difference between the standard signal or activity value (s) and value (s) the signal measured by the instrument or the value (s) activity calculated from the precalibration curve, and, if the measured deviation has an acceptable value, (ii) adjust the signal measured by the instrument or values of the precalibration curve so that the value of the measured signal or the activity calculated on the precalibration curve for the one or both adjuster (s) be reduced to a signal or activity value identical to the standard signal or activity value determined in step (i) for the single adjuster or for each of the two adjusters, (iii) apply the same adjustment as that described in (ii) to all samples whose signal or activity is measured with the said precalibrated reagents
