Cancer treatment using humanized antibodies that bind to ephb4 |
abstract |
In certain embodiments, this application provides humanized antibodies that bind to the EphB4 protein as well as uses of the antibodies for therapeutic purposes. The invention optionally relates to a deimmunized antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof that binds the extracellular domain of EphB4, comprising a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region. The heavy chain variable region comprises the sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 13 and SEQ ID NO: 14. The light chain variable region comprises the sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 17 and SEQ ID NO: 18. |
