titleOfInvention | Method of asbestos detoxification |
abstract | A method of asbestos detoxification, comprising the steps of (B1) impregnating an existing asbestos layer with an asbestos melting agent and detaching the layer; (B2) pulverizing the detached layer; (B3) charging the pulverizate obtained in the step B2 into a melting furnace; (B4) heating any resin submaterial used in disposal of the asbestos layer to thereby realize vaporization of the resin part and further conversion to liquefied oil; (B5) combusting the liquefied oil obtained in the step B4 together with fuel; and (B6) performing heating/melting of the pulverizate within the melting furnace with the use of heat quantity obtained in the step B5. By virtue of this detoxification method, not only can the asbestos sprayed onto the surface of foundation material, such as building, and asbestos-containing building material be detoxified at low energy but also there can be simultaneously accomplished detoxification/recycling treatment of various submaterials employed in this detoxification that require special management industrial waste disposal. |
