titleOfInvention | Electrochemical system for measuring a biological compound by an enzyme |
abstract | The system comprises a machine for electronic measurement intended to receive an electrochemical sensor comprising a substrate carrying the current collectors enabling connection of the measurement and reference electrodes to the measuring machine. The measurement electrode is coated with a reagent comprising at least the specific enzyme of the biological compound to analyze in a body fluid. The measuring machine can impose at least two different temperatures to allow separation of the signal from the compound being analyzed from those of the other biological compounds interfering with the signal. Application to the assay of glucose in blood with glucose dehydrogenase as enzyme, without interference with maltose. |
