abstract | The present invention relates to a process for the manufacture of polymeric extruded products containing carbon nanotubes. This process comprises the steps of: a) Pretreatment of oxidation of carbon nanotubes; b) Dispersion of nanotubes in a polymer solution; c) Extrusion of the dispersion thus obtained into an intermediate product; d) drying said intermediate product; e) Post-treatment of said dried intermediate product by hot stretching; f) Postprocessing said dried intermediate product or stretched intermediate product in an ionic solution; g) Formalization treatment. Steps e) f) and g) are optional. The extruded polymer products containing nanotubes obtained by the process according to the invention may contain up to 80% by weight of nanotubes. |
