abstract Disclosed is a method for modification of a liquid crystal polymer. The method comprises the step of irradiating a liquid crystal polymer with a laser beam having a pulse width of 10-12 second or less. The method enables to provide a liquid crystal polymer having improved physical strength compared to a conventional liquid crystal polymer.
