abstract The invention provides a process for producing aminocrotonylamino-substituted quinazoline derivatives of general formula l (see formula I) and the invention also provides sulphonyl derivatives of formula XIIl (see formula XIII) The compound of formula XIII is an intermediate that may be used in production of the compound of formula l, and the compound of formula l may be used as an inhibitor of signal transduction mediated by tyrosinekinases and by the Epidermal Growth Factor-Receptor (EGF-R) and are therefore suitable for treatment of tumoral diseases.
