abstract Fabric, soft and reusable together with an automated cleaning apparatus that washes and sterilizes said fabric using bleach, hot and cold water, then spun to a damp state constitute a toilet paper replacement system to reside adjacent to or above a toilet utilizing the existing pressurized toilet water valve. Said apparatus, AC powered and comprised of a controller (PLC), together with sensors manage process cycles. A drive motor and horizontal bisected wash drum longitudinally separable and lockable with fluid inlet through the drum inlet axel is requisite. A fixed bolt drive performs retraction and realignment of said bisected drum thus facilitating top loading. A transmission engages either the drum via a drum drive cog optically monitored with accompanying inertial dampers or fixed bolt drive. A wash tray with effluent drainage, water heater(s), water and bleach tanks with requisite plumbing attachments and an automated hatch with impediment detection embody the invention.
