titleOfInvention Anti-human soluble fibrin monoclonal antibody and immunological assay method using the antibody
abstract A monoclonal antibody to soluble fibrin that is capable of specifically recognizing a structural change site newly occurring in the C-terminal region of A.alpha.-chain of soluble fibrin formed by thrombin digestion of fibrinogen; a hybridoma capable of producing the antibody; an immunological assay method using the antibody; and a method of estimating any hypercoagulable state of test specimen through assay of soluble fibrin contained in the test specimen by the immunological assay method. The use of this monoclonal antibody would realize specific detection of any soluble fibrin reflecting only an initial hypercoagulability and not being acted on by plasmin.
