abstract |
It is intended to provide a means of inactivating a target physiological function by forming active oxygen depending on light irradiation. Namely, it is intended to provide a target physiological function inactivator characterized by comprising a fluorescent protein labeled with a photosensitizer and undergoing fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) from the fluorescent protein to the photosensitizer upon light irradiation and thus exciting the photosensitizer to thereby form active oxygen. |
