titleOfInvention | Method for acylation of an aromatic compound |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for the acylation of a compound comprising an acylating agent, a process in which the reagents can include reactive functions. It relates more particularly to reagents comprising a hydroxyl group. The process acylation of the invention which comprises reacting an aromatic compound and of a carboxylic acid acylating agent is characterized by the fact that that the reaction takes place in the presence of a Lewis acid and a silylated reagent selected from halosilanes and halosiloxanes. |
