abstract |
A method of detecting any structural change of protein having been immobilized on a substrate. In particular, there is provided a method comprising the steps of preparing a sample membrane having a protein immobilized on a substrate, adding a substance for judging of an activity influencing any structural change of the protein to the sample membrane and detecting any structural change of the protein. As this method realizes detection of any structural change of the protein in the state of binding to a solid phase, simultaneous and easy measuring of any structural change of a multiplicity of analytes can be carried out within a short period of time with the use of a minute amount of protein. |
