abstract | The method comprises: preparing a precursor sol comprising an agent precursor chosen from compounds of formula: M (X) 4 (I), in which, X is a hydrolyzable group, and M represents silicon or a metal tetravalent, and mixtures thereof; at least one organic solvent; at least one pore-forming agent; and water ; the deposit of a precursor soil film on a main surface of the substrate; optionally the consolidation of the mesoporous structure of the deposited film; removal of the blowing agent; and recovering the substrate coated with the mesoporous layer; the process being characterized in that: (i) the removal of the blowing agent takes place at a temperature <= 150 ~ C, and (ii) the method comprises an introduction step at least one reactive agent carrying at least one hydrophobic group before the deposition step (b) and / or after step b). |
