titleOfInvention | Transformable toy |
abstract | A toy comprises a main body element and at least one first moveable element associated with the main body and moveable with respect thereto from a first position adjacent the main body, to a second position in which at least a portion of the first moveable element has moved away from the main body. The first moveable element is permanently biased toward the second position, and is provided with catch means co-operable with releasable latch means in the main body element to maintain at least one first moveable element in the first position until the latch means is released. The releasable latch is biased to a position in engagement with the catch, and the releasable latch is provided with a magnet, whereby the releasable latch may be moved out of engagement with the catch by attraction of the magnet to a ferrous or other magnetic metal surface, or a second magnet. |
