abstract The present invention relates to compounds which are suitable for coupling to pharmaceuticals, in particular biopharmaceuticals, and to conjugates composed of the compounds and biomolecules or pharmaceutical active compounds. The compounds according to the invention can be readily formed by means of multicomponent reactions. The invention also relates to the use of the conjugates as an improved formulation of pharmaceuticals, and to their preparation. The invention furthermore provides a laboratory kit for the in-vitro preparation of conjugates which are composed of the compounds according to the invention and pharmaceuticals as well as biotechnological substances, in particular biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical active compounds, synthetic molecules or surfaces.
