abstract |
A human antihuman IL-18 antibody originating in humans, which is an antibody against human IL-18, containing an H chain complementarity determining region comprising the following polypeptide (a) or (b) and an L chain complementarity determining region to human interleukin-18 comprising the following polypeptide (c) or (d). (a) A polypeptide consisting of an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS:4 to 6. (b) A polypeptide which is a modification of the polypeptide (a) and serves as an H chain complementarity determining region. (c) A polypeptide consisting of an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS:10 to 12. (d) A polypeptide which is a modification of the polypeptide (c) and serves as an L chain complementarity determining region. Thus, it becomes possible to provide a human antihuman IL-18 antibody and a method of using the same. |
