A release control composition for oral administration which comprises: a physiologically active substance which is a compound represented by the formula (I)-A (wherein n is an integer of 1 to 3; and Ar represents an optionally substituted aromatic ring) or a salt of the compound; and a hydrophilic polymer. Also provided is a release control composition for oral administration comprising cores containing the physiologically active substance and a coating layer which comprises a polymer and with which each core is coated. |
