abstract |
It is intended to provide a novel means of treating cancer whereby cancer cells are destroyed by inducing apoptosis exclusively therein. Namely, a transcriptional factor for inducing apoptosis in cancer cells which comprises p53 or a p53 mutant having deletion, substitution or addition of one to several amino aids in p53 and clathrin heavy chain. This transcriptional factor enhances the transcription ability of p53AIPI promoter and thus induces apoptosis in cancer cells. |
