The present invention relates to a compound of formula I: (see formula I) wherein n is 1, 2 or 3; Y is o; N-OR9, wherein R9 is H or an aliphatic group; or CR10R11, wherein R10 and R11 is H or an aliphatic group; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are H or alkyl; R5 is Z; R6 is W; Z is optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, phenyl, or heteroaryl; W is -XL-CO2R7 or -X-L-Tet; Tet is tetrazolyl; L is an optionally substituted and/or interrupted aliphatic chain; X is O; NR8, wherein R8 is H; an aliphatic group; -CO-R' or -SO2-R', wherein R' is alkyl; or R8 is an optionally substituted aromatic carbocyclic group; or X represents S(O)m, wherein m is 0, 1 or 2; R7 is H or alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or stereoisomer thereof, which can be used in the treatment of dyslipidaemia, atherosclerosis or diabetes. |
