abstract |
It is intended to provide a novel pigment protein originating in Cnidopus japonicus. Namely, a pigment protein originating in Cnidopus japonicus which has the following characteristics is provided: (1) having a maximum absorption wavelength of 610 nm and being non-fluorescent: (2) having a molar absorption coefficient at 610 nm of 66700; and (3) the pH sensitivity of the absorption properties being stable at pH 4 to 10. |
