abstract |
The invention relates to an immunogenic or vaccine composition inducing a immune response against the native HPV Papillomaris E7 protein 16, without simultaneously inducing immunosuppression, said composition comprising, as active principle, a non-mutated E7 protein immunosuppressive protein comprising the amino acid sequence which consists of the N-terminus towards the C-terminus in: (i) the sequence amino acid 1-19 of the sequence SEQ ID N ~ 3; (ii) an acid sequence amines possessing (a) the substitution of at least one amino acid with respect to the corresponding amino acid sequence 20-29 of the sequence SEQ ID N ~ 3 or (b) the deletion of at least four consecutive amino acids, relative to the corresponding amino acid sequence 20-29 of the sequence SEQ ID N ~ 3, and (iii) the amino acid sequence 30-98 of the sequence SEQ ID N ~ 3. |
