abstract A non-invasive medicine distributing system capable of sustained release of a medicine constantly for an extended time by being allowed to indwell in a pa rt of the body where blood or humor flows quickly, and consisting of a biodegradable material; and a production method therefor. The medicine distributing system comprises a polylactic-acid-made tank unit having a chamber unit capable of storing a medicine, and at least one polylactic-acid - made anchor unit extending from the tank unit, the anchor unit tapering off toward the tip end thereof and having at least one protrusion. The protrusio n of the anchor unit has a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape, or extend s in a direction of making an obtuse angle with respect to the longitudinal direction toward the tip end.
