abstract |
It is intended to provide a stent for intracranial vascular therapy which can be safely held in the intracranial artery, induces no biological reaction in the vessel caused by galvanic corrosion or the like, and has an elevated visibility under X-ray radioscopy. Namely, a stent having a plural number of main struts and a plural number of link struts as its constituents wherein the stent is made of a single material having a higher X-ray impermeability than stainless steel and the widths of the main struts and the link struts range from 100 .mu.m to 200 .mu.m and the thicknesses of the main struts and the link struts range from 50 .mu.m to 100 .mu.m. |
