A pigment-containing gel mass, based on lipids, is characterised in comprising a combination of (a) 0.1 to 20 wt. % of oil-soluble alkyl cellulose, the alkyl groups of which are straight- or branched-chain and have 1 to 10 carbon atoms, (b) 0.1 to 20 wt. % alkyl galactomannan polysaccharides, the alkyl groups of which have 1 to 10 carbon atoms and (c) 0.1 to 30 wt. % of a salt of a long-chain fatty acid with 16 to 24 carbon atoms and a fatty acid amidoalkyldialkylamine. |
