Probe medium and method for fixing probe on a substrate |
abstract |
A probe medium which comprises a probe capable of binding specifically to a target substance, a substance having a site capable of binding to the probe, and/or a substance having a site capable of binding to the surface of a base material. A substrate having the probe fixed thereto is produced by a method which comprises the step of preparing the substrate and the step of adding the probe medium to the substrate. A DNA array is produced by a process which comprises the step of preparing the base board and the step of adding the probe medium to the substrate. A target substance is detected by a method which comprises the step of preparing the substrate, the step of adding the probe medium to the substrate, and the step of detecting the target substance by using the base material having the probe fixed thereto. The probe medium is produced by a process which comprises the step of preparing the probe, a substance having a site capable of binding to the probe and a substance having a site capable of binding to the surface of the base material, the step of packing solutions respectively containing the substances having the binding sites in containers, and the step of mixing the probe with the substances having the binding sites in the course of fixing the probe on the base material. |
