abstract The present invention refers to ready-to-use highly stable paracetamol injectable solutions, prepared by mixing paracetamol, wter, propylene glycol, and a citrate buffer. (pH 4.5 to 6.5), and by heating said solution under preset conditions. The resulting solution may be stored for an extended period of time within a wide range of temperatures, with no paracetamol precipitation and/or its chemical modification.
