titleOfInvention Method of selecting non-pathogenic gram-positive lactic acid bacteria strains
abstract The present invention relates to a method for selecting strains of bacteria non-pathogenic Gram-positive lactics capable of fighting infections with pathogenic bacteria for which pathogenicity is following a tissue adhesion, consisting in choosing a strain having all of the following properties: a - the ability to adhere to tissues of an organ susceptible to infection; b - the capacity of bacteria of this same strain to attach to each other via membership sites mutual; and - the ability to attach oneself to the attachment determinants of pathogenic bacterial strain responsible for infection. The strains bacteria thus selected can be used in the manufacture of therapeutic compositions for preventing or treating disorders pathologies associated with infection of the organ of a host by strains pathogenic bacteria.
