Stabilized medicine-releasing compositions |
abstract |
A medicinal composition which has excellent storage stability and, even through long-term storage, is less apt to change in the rate of release of the pharmacologically active substance contained therein. The medicinal composition is one obtained by dissolving or dispersing a pharmacologically active substance and a pH-independent water-insoluble polymer in a molten low-melting substance. It is produced by dissolving or dispersing the pharmacologically active substance in a molten mixture of the low-melting substance and the pH-independent water-insoluble polymer and spraying and cooling the resultant liquid. |
