titleOfInvention Cushion body of seat cushion and method of manufacturing the cushion body
abstract A cushion body of a seat cushion easily reinforced at a low cost, a method o f manufacturing the cushion body, and a foam molding device used for the manufacturing method, the cushion body (10) having the front surface and bot h side surfaces formed in a shape generally matching the shape of the seat cushion ranging from the front surface to both side surfaces thereof comprising a foam body (11) formed of cold urethane foam formed in a shape generally matching the profile of the cushion body (10), permeable materials (12) fixed to the foam body (11) integrally with each other, and impregnated layers (13) fixing the permeable materials (12) to the foam material (11) integrally with each other to reinforce the portions of the cushion body (10 ) where the permeable materials (12) are fixed to the foam body (11) integrall y with each other, wherein the thicknesses of the impregnated layers (13) are such that can provide a specified reinforcement strength to the portions of the cushion body (10) where the permeable materials (12) are fixed to the fo am body (11) integrally with each other.
