abstract | The present invention relates to a continuous process for producing elastomers based on conjugate dienes or based on conjugate dienes and vinyl aromatic compounds or based on alkenes, polymerisation being carried out while maintaining certain residence times of the monomers used and the elastomers obtained in the reactors while maintaining a certain temperature gradient in the first reactor. The elastomers obtained by the process according to the invention are characterised in particular by a low metal ion content, a low ash content and a high cis-1,4 compound content in the polymer. Furthermore, the process according to the invention is particularly economical. |
