Reaction of a substance can be detected more simply and quickly without requiring expensive, large-scale equipment and measuring instruments. A reaction detecting method detects a reaction of a substance in an electrolytic solution by measuring an electric conductivity of the electrolytic solution. An immunoreaction detecting method detects an immunoreaction of an antigen and an antibody in an electrolytic solution by measuring an electric conductivity of the electrolytic solution. Another immunoreaction detecting method detects an immunoreaction of an antigen and an antibody in a liquid to be examined by measuring the temperature of the liquid to be examined. |
