titleOfInvention | Method for damaging thermo non-tolerance pathologic structures of a warm-blooded organism |
abstract | The invention relates to medicine and can be used for oncology, reanimathology, neurology, narcology, virusology and dermatology and makes i t possible to reduce the probability of complications. The inventive method consists in heating an organism by immersing said organism, apart from the head, in a thermal liquid, using a total anaesthesia, artificial lung ventilation (ALV) and suppression of a total proteolytic activity in the blood. In order to heat the body a thermal liquid having a temperature rangi ng from 45 ~C to 47 ~C is used. The heating process is carried out with forced convection of the liquid in such a way that the temperature in the gullet reaches 42.5 ~C - 44 ~C. Afterwards, the heating is discontinued and the patient is taken out of the thermal liquid. Suppression of total proteolytic activity in blood is carried out by controlling the velocity of the heating of the organism and by performing a constant infusion of a solution of at least one agent belonging to the antiproteinase class in an efficient quantity during the heating. The preferred velocity of the heating is equal to or not less than 1 ~C per 5.5 minutes. A high-frequency ALV, providing a saturation ranging from 95 % to 100 %, is used |
