abstract |
It is intended to provide a more widely applicable means of surely diagnosin g familial hyperlipemia. This object can be established by providing a method of detecting lipid metabolic errors wherein risk factors for lipid metabolic errors are detected based on the relation of specific 65 LDL receptor gene mutations to the lipid metabolic errors, and a method of detecting disease(s ) by detecting risk factors for arteriosclerosis and/or ischemic heart disease s by using the lipid metabolic errors thus detected as indications. |
