The present invention relates to a polymer / polymer micro-composite material, comprising from 25 to 35% by weight of a semi-crystalline polymer (I), forming a dispersed phase localized within a thermoplastic polymer or elastomer (II) forming matrix, the crystallization temperature of the polymer forming a dispersed phase being at least 20 ~ C lower than the temperature of melting or softening of the polymer (II) forming a matrix, and the phase dispersed of said material specifically having such a morphology that it induces crosslinking of the continuous phase. The invention relates to also a process for obtaining such a material comprising the steps consisting in: extruding, at a controlled temperature, said mixture of polymers to the molten state, said regulation temperature decreasing from the zone feed (A) to the area of the die (F) of said extruder (1) so that the material temperature in said zone of the die (F) is below the recrystallization or solidification temperature of the polymer (I) and higher than the melting or softening temperature of the polymer (II); and cool the micro-composite material to room temperature resulting. |
