The subject of the invention is polypeptides derived from the nuclear receptor of vitamin D, said nuclear receptor comprising a binding domain at ligand, or LBD, this LBD containing a flexible insertion domain, said derived polypeptides being characterized in that the insertion domain flexible LBD is modified by substituting or removing at least approximately 30 acids, as well as the use of these polypeptides especially in the context screening of synthetic analogs of vitamin D, or in setting test point (double or triple hybrid) for the identification of other proteins (activator, repressor, ...) interacting with the receptor of the vitamin D by the use of constructs containing the polypeptide merge with Gal4 for example, or as part of the structure analysis three-dimensional complexes formed between these polypeptides and a molecule by crystallography or NMR. |
