abstract |
The invention relates to a precursor of human insulin or an insulin analogue of the formula (I): Fus-B(1-30)-RDVP-Yn-A(1-21), whereby Fus is an optionally present fusion component of any sequence, B(1-30) is the B chain of human insulin, Y stands for an amino acid chain which ends with a C-terminal basic amino acid, n is 2 to 50 and indicates the length of the amino acid chain Y and A(1-21) is the A chain of human insulin. The A and/or the B chain can be modified by means of amino acid exchanges, deletions and/or additions. The invention also relates to a DNA coding therefor. The invention further relates to the production and the use of the precursor and the DNA as well as to a method for producing human insulin or an insulin analogue. |
