abstract | A stretchable patch which comprises a support film having a thickness of 1 to 50 µm and a drug-containing tacky layer having a thickness of 3 to 400 µm, wherein the support film satisfies the following requirements (i) to (iv): (i) the support film comprises a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 0 to 90 wt.% vinyl acetate, 10 to 97 wt.% alkyl (meth)acrylate in which the alkyl has 3 to 14 carbon atoms on the average, and 0 to 15 wt.% (meth)acrylic acid; (ii) the copolymer has a degree of crosslinking of 20% or higher when crosslinked with a polyvalent metal, and when the copolymer is crosslinked with a polyfunctional chain compound, the content of units derived from the compound in the copolymer is 1 to 10%; (iii) the support film has a strength of self-adhesion of 150 g or lower; and (iv) the support film has an elastic recovery at 10% elongation of 70% or higher. |
