abstract The invention relates to a medicinal product with a textile component such a s a wound compress having a surface (12). Said surface (12) comprises a plurality of apertures (14, 14, 34) arranged in at least two hole patterns. The diameter of an aperture (14; 24) of one hole pattern approximately diffe rs from the diameter of an aperture (24; 14 or 34) of the other hole pattern by a factor of five. Better wound healing is achieved by adapting the structural and mechanical characteristics of the medicinal product to the characteristi cs of the target tissue.
