abstract |
The invention relates to a single or multi-layered film having at least one polyamide layer (I) with nanoscale nucleating particles dispersed therein. Said film is characterized in that the smallest components of the particles forming a rigid unit in the dispersion have an extension no greater than 100 nm in at least one randomly selectable direction for each component based on a weighted average of all components. Crystalline structures departing from th e surface of the particles are formed after the layer (I) is cooled from its fully molten state at a cooling rate ranging from 10~ to 20~ C per minute. T he percentage by weight of the particles in relation to the total weight of the polyamide forming the layer (I) ranges from 10 ppm to 3000 ppm. The polyamid e forming the layer (I) contains at least 90 % polyamide 6 in relation to the total polyamide mass in said layer. |
