Compounds of the formula (1a), wherein R1 is a group of the formula (2) wher e R1, R2, A, B, U, V, W, X, Y, Z, k and n have the significance given in the specification, are useful to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, artherosclerosis, restenosis, pancreatitis, transplant rejection, delayed graft function and diseases of ischemia reperfusion injury, including acute myocardial infracti on and stroke. |
